Pre-contract with Al Dahra in full compliance with all regulations

The government announced today that information presented today by the provincial Ombudsman are incorrect.
First, an international agreement is the legal ground and by the Constitution is superior to all other laws.
Once the intergovernmental agreement with the United Arab Emirates is signed and ratified by the Serbian Parliament, the final contract with Al Dahra will be effective.
The state does not sell land to foreigners, but 80% of the assets of failed state agricultural corporations and the Serbian government remains a partner with 20%, which is fully compliant with all regulations.
