Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic met today after with senior representatives of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), after which he visited the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague and met with President of the court Sang-Hyun Song, Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda and Registrar Silvana Arbia.

The Ministry of Justice and Public Administration said that at the meeting it was agreed that Serbia has established the highest form of cooperation with the ICC, and that it will continue to promote such cooperation.
Also, it was pointed out that Serbia attaches great importance to this court, which was established by an international agreement, which was signed by 121 countries, and Serbia was among the first signatories.
The Minister will visit the Serbian citizens in the detention unit in Scheveningen tomorrow, the statement added.
