The Serbian government has adopted a bill on changes and amendments to the Law on broadcasting and sent it to the parliament for adoption. As part of today’s session, the government also adopted a bill on changes and amendments to the Law on the Guarantee Fund.
The government approved changes to the Decree governing the flow of goods between central Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija, envisaging the setting up of a special department of the Tax Administration to monitor the flow of domestic goods.
The government also passed the Decree on the enforcement of the Law on value added tax (VAT) on the territory of Kosovo-Metohija during the validity of UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and amended two other decrees regulating the flow of goods between central Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija.
The government adopted changes and amendments to the Decree on the programme for the development and improvement of cattle breeding in Serbia between 2004 and 2007.
The government also adopted the Information on the implementation of the Poverty Reduction Strategy, which involves economic growth, creating jobs, the prevention of poverty caused by the restructuring of the economy, more efficient implementation of the existing programme, and the drafting of new poverty reduction programmes.
