Belgrade, 6 Dec 2012 –The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on amendments to the Criminal Code, Bill on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, Bill on amendments to the Law on judges and the Bill on amendments to the Law on public prosecution.
The government also adopted the Bill on granting guarantees of the Republic of Serbia in the favour of the German development bank KfW, Frankfurt am Main, for the loan to the public electric power company Elektroprivreda Srbije (project "Improving technology of mining in the Kolubara mining and metallurgical complex with the aim of increasing the efficiency of thermoelectric power plants and reducing environmental impact" ).
Other bills adopted are the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Serbia and Russia on establishing a Serbian-Russian humanitarian centre and the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Serbia and Namibia on cooperation in the field of defence.
The Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Russia and Latvia on international road traffic was adopted, as well as the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the Serbian government and the Office of the Minister of Ukraine on road transport of passengers and goods.
