Competition for best media report on European integration

The Serbian government’s European Integration Office stated today that the deadline for applying to the Competition for the best media report on the European integration process in Serbia in the period from 1 January to 31 December expires on 31 December this year.
The European Integration Office announced this competition in cooperation with the EU Delegation to Serbia and Erste Bank on 4 September.
The competition is open to all journalists of printed and electronic media registered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Prizes will be awarded in eight categories. The jury, which will consist of representatives of the Independent Association of Journalists of Serbia (NUNS), the Journalists' Association of Serbia (UNS), the EU Delegation to Serbia, the European Integration Office and Erste Bank, will announce winners in each of the eight categories during January 2013.
The best media report will be posted on the official websites of the EU Integration Office and the EU Delegation in Serbia.
The prize is a work and study visit to Brussels, during which each of the winners will have the opportunity to meet with officials from the European Commission and the European Parliament and prepare reports that will be published in his/her media outlet.
