The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) decided to send the ICTY requested documentation and responses to seven requests to the tribunal’s prosecution and defence, as required by the court.
The Council assessed the current state of cooperation between Serbia and the tribunal and concluded that there are no pending requests in procedure.
It was noted that cooperation with the ICTY has been continuously carried out at a very high level and without any problems.
