Government adopts proposal for granting concessions for construction of highway

The Serbian government adopted at today's session a Bill on the liability of producers of factory seconds and forwarded it to the Serbian parliament for adoption.
The government adopted new text of the amending bill to the Law on registration of economic entities, which has been harmonised with the Law on companies.
The government adopted a Proposal for granting concessions for the construction, use and maintenance of a highway from Horgos to Pozega: the Belgrade-Pozega, Horgos-Novi Sad and Novi Sad-Belgrade sections.
The Proposal agreement on conceding the securing of the state border of the state union, necessary funds and members of the Army of Serbia-Montenegro to the Serbian Ministry of Interior was adopted.
The Information concerning the realisation of the project "The electronic government session" was also adopted.
The government adopted a proposal programme for the distribution and use of funds worth 696,315,000 dinars for programmes and projects in the field of culture.
The government decided to change the decision on classification of goods to forms of export and import, which makes the regime of import licences in the sector of ferrous metallurgy more liberal.
The government agreed on the 2005 work programme of the Serbian Pension and Disability Insurance for farmers and independent businesses, as well as the amendments to their statutes.
The government named its representatives in the Politika shareholding assembly and managing board. They are Aleksandar Simic, Matija Beckovic and Emir Kusturica.
The government dismissed Oliver Bogavac from duty of assistant minister of finance on grounded suspicion he acted against the Law preventing the conflict of interest by concluding a freelance contract with the Belgrade airport public company.
