The government adopted the Bill on ratification of the agreement between Serbia and Macedonia on mutual enforcement of court decisions in criminal matters.
The Bill on ratification of the agreement between Serbia and Macedonia on legal assistance in civil and criminal matters was also adopted at the session, as well as the Bill on ratification of the agreement between Serbia and Macedonia on extradition.
The government adopted a conclusion instructing the competent authorities of the public administration to take proper measures without delay to find employees who earn double salaries and other wages in the public administration of Serbia and also in the interim institutions of self-government in Kosovo-Metohija and to take all measures established by the law that regulate labour relations against them for violating the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
The same procedure is recommended to other governmental agencies, public institutions, public companies and other services founded by the Republic of Serbia, local authorities in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija, as well as institutions and enterprises founded by the units of local self-government.
The government has set up the National Council for Consumer Protection as an expert advisory body with the aim of improving the system of consumer protection and the chairman of the council is Minister of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic.
The government appointed Prime Minister Ivica Dacic as Chairman of the National Council for the Fight against Violence and Indecent Behaviour of Spectators at Sporting Events and appointed First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic as his deputy.
