The National Council for Cooperation with the Hague tribunal held its regular session today and decided to deliver documentation and respond to a total of 11 requests by the tribunal’s prosecution and indictees’ defence.
The session contemplated the current cooperation between Serbia and the tribunal in terms or areas that are in the Council’s competence, namely allowing access to documentation, archives of state organs and witnesses.
It was concluded that there are no outstanding requests by either the defence or the prosecution and that only the most recent requests are being processed.
The National Council will continue to take the necessary measures to make sure the cooperation continues unimpeded, reads a statement by the Council.
