Vucic congratulates Third Brigade Day

First Deputy Prime Minister responsible for defence, security and the fight against corruption and crime and Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vucic congratulated Third Brigade Day, 7 October, to members of this Serbian Army unit.
The Ministry of Defence says in a statement that Vucic’s letter stresses the various successes of this unit’s members in performing their tasks and their results in building operational capabilities, which, he said, are a proud continuation of the tradition of the Second Infantry Regiment “Knjaz Mihailo”.
“I am certain that you will continue to carry out your tasks professionally and responsibly, thus helping to build and strengthen the overall operational capability of the Serbian Army”, reads the Minister’s letter.
The main celebration will be held tomorrow in Prokuplje, where citizens will be able to see Serbian Army weaponry – a new Hummer SUV, the Orbiter miniature unmanned aircraft system, an M84 tank and others.
