First Deputy Prime Minister responsible for defence, security and the fight against corruption and crime, and Defence Minister Aleksandar Vucic will pay a three-day visit to Cyprus from 25 to 27 September, where he will attend an Informal meeting of defence ministers of the EU countries.
The Ministry of Defence said that on that occasion Vucic will have a series of bilateral meetings with defence ministers of EU member states and candidate countries, with whom he will discuss enhancing defence cooperation and regional security cooperation.
During his stay in Nicosia, the Minister will visit the Serbian Army contingent engaged in United Nations peacekeeping operation in Cyprus UNFICYP and meet with the Head of Mission and Chief of Staff of the Forces UNFICYP.
