Selakovic to attend Conference of Ministers of Council of Europe in Vienna

The Ministry of Justice and Public Administration announced that Minister Nikola Selakovic will travel today to Vienna, where he will participate in the 31st Conference of Ministers of the Council of Europe, which takes place from 19 to 21 September.
On the second day of the conference, on 20 September, Selakovic will sign the Council of Europe’s fourth additional protocol to the European Convention on Extradition.
By signing this document, Serbia will improve cooperation with countries signatories of this convention in terms of the extradition of indicted and convicted persons.
The main topic of the conference will be fight against violence, with a particular focus on suppressing corruption.
The conference will also look at the problem of juveniles as perpetrators and victims of crimes, reads the statement.
