Great efforts of Alexander Konuzin to improve relations between Serbia and Russia

Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic expressed gratitude today to Russian Ambassador in Belgrade Alexander Konuzin for cooperation and efforts to improve bilateral relations between the two countries.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that Mrkic, at the farewell luncheon which he prepared for Konuzin, voiced hope that relations between the two countries will be intensified in all fields in the near future.
The Minister wished success to Konuzin in his new role in the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations.
The luncheon was held one day after Mrkic’s visit to Sochi, where he participated in the talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin as a member of the delegation of Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic.
