Minister of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning Milan Bacevic spoke today with Ambassador of Belarus to Serbia Vladimir Chushev about improvement of bilateral cooperation between the two countries on the basis of the previously signed Free Trade Agreement, also signed with Russia.
A statement by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning says that the two officials agreed that the priority is to establish closer cooperation in the fields of culture, economy and tourism.
A special emphasis was placed on foreign trade between Serbia and Belarus, which currently stands at $130 million.
Possibilities for a more quality cooperation and exchange of experiences and products in the field of transport, mining and agriculture were also looked at.
Bacevic and Chushev voiced hope that the cooperation established will be cherished and improved in the period to come.
