Financial aid to Cacak, Gornji Milanovac to repair damage from fire

The government’s emergency response commission adopted a decision today that the city of Cacak be sent financial aid in the amount of RSD 5.5 million to repair the damages caused during the recent fires.
At its meeting today, the commission adopted a decision that the municipality of Gornji Milanovac, that also suffered damages from fire, be sent financial assistance in the amount of RSD 1.95 million.
The commission instructed the public company Srbijasume to prepare an analysis of forest conditions in Serbia in cooperation with local governments and to propose a plan for revitalisation of forests where fires have left consequences.
The commission will examine reports from other fire-affected municipalities in the upcoming days, the statement reads.
