Minister of Youth and Sport Alisa Maric congratulated today the Serbian national team on winning the World Championship in 3-on-3 basketball, held in Athens.
"I extend my most sincere congratulations for this great success - winning the gold medal at the World Championship in Athens.
I wish you all the best in your future career and life and I am convinced that this victory will be a significant encouragement for you to engage in this attractive and increasingly popular discipline, which will be included in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016," reads the letter of congratulations by the Minister of Youth and Sports.
