First Deputy Prime Minister responsible for defence, security and the fight against corruption and crime and Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vucic met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Eldar Hasanov.

The Ministry of Defence said that that two officials discussed the development of bilateral cooperation through strengthening partnership and friendly relations between the two countries.
Vucic and Hasanov expressed interest in developing cooperation in all fields of defence, as well as the strengthening of strong political and economic relations between the two countries.
In addition to military and economic, cooperation between the two countries will be enhanced in the military-technical and military-especially the medical field, the statement said.
