At today’s session, the government adopted a bill on public roads and forwarded it to the parliament for urgent adoption.
The government also appointed chairmen and members of the managing and supervisory boards of the Fund for Kosovo-Metohija.
Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica was appointed chairman of the managing board, which also includes academician Matija Beckovic, Raska-Prizren Bishop Artemije, film director Emir Kusturica, basketball player Dejan Bodiroga, the general manager of Valjevo-based company Metalac, Dragoljub Vukadinovic, and the general manager of Backa Palanka’s carpet producer Sintelon, Nikola Pavicic.
Also as part of the session, the government passed a decree on remuneration for mediators in industrial disputes and changes to the decree on excise stamps for cigarettes and alcoholic drinks.
The government adopted the Information on the report on the progress in the implementation of the Action Plan for the realisation of European partnership priorities and the Information on the European Investment Bank’s loan for a school modernisation project.
