In a joint press conference with Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, Dacic said that Serbia as guarantor of the Dayton agreement is obliged to help its full realisation.
We strongly argue that there must be no change in the Dayton agreement without the consent of all three peoples and two entities, he said.
We should also promote ties and special relations between Republika Srpska and Serbia, he said noting that these relations need to be strong in all areas.

Dacic expressed his support for Republika Srpska to become more developed and added that Republika Srpska is in the national interest of the Serbian people.
Dodik said that during today's meeting with Dacic they discussed the experiences of the Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina with the international community and the efforts to stop any negative trends.
Dodik expressed his solidarity with the Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija and stressed that the international community decided to repressively change the position of the Serbs in the province, which is not good.
He noted that the same principle is applied with Republika Srpska, but added that consistency has led to the situation where Republika Srpska today is a decisive factor in the overall development, not only the relations in Bosnia-Herzegovina, but also in terms of regional relations.
