President of the National Council for cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Rasim Ljajic today talked with Chief Hague Prosecutor Serge Brammertz about the current cases at the tribunal and issues regarding the tribunal’s archives.
Ljajic and Brammertz said that the cooperation between Serbia and the ICTY is at a very high level in terms of delivering documentation, access to archives of state organs and witnesses and other technical aspects, which Brammertz will note in his report to the UN Security Council.
The National Council will continue with the necessary measures to ensure unhindered cooperation in all areas, reads a statement issued by the Council.
