31 Telekom Srbija shares to each citizen

The Serbian government stated that the Central Register of Securities yesterday transferred free shares of Telekom Srbija, adding that 6.94% of shares were allocated to current and former Telekom employees, while citizens will receive 15% of a total of one billion shares.

The statement adds that the transfer of free shares was carried out in line with a government conclusion, adding that the initial price of one share at the stock exchange will be €2.27 and each Serbian citizen will receive 31 shares.
