Three companies apply for strategic partner to Smederevo steelworks

The Serbian government today stated that three companies have applied for participation in a transaction for the selection of a strategic partner to Zelezara Smederevo steelworks – United Pilsen S.A. Luxembourg, Donetsk Steel Group Ukraine and Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company from Russia.
In line with the public call for the selection of a strategic partner to steelworks Zelezara Smederevo, these companies purchased the transaction documentation on 27 April by 16.00, the statement adds.
