Freja Riv Bygg & Sanering to open factory in Smederevo

The Ministry of Religion and the Diaspora today stated that Swedish-Serbian company Freja Riv Bygg & Sanering will open a factory in Smederevo which will produce equipment and products for cleaning facades and purchase agricultural land for fruit plantations.
Minister of Religion and the Diaspora Srdjan Sreckovic stated that this company, co-owned by Serb Jovo Ratkovic, will hire a number of people from the territory of Smederevo, adding that company investments show that businesspeople from the diaspora have not lost their confidence in their homeland.
Thanks to activities of the relevant Ministry and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, this company came to Serbia in 2010, closed a series of successful jobs, which led to the opening of its representative office in Belgrade and now the production facilities in Smederevo.
The Minister added that the Ministry of Religion and the Diaspora will present a plaque of honour to the town of Smederevo – Group for the diaspora in the town administration, for the exceptional contribution in attracting investors from the diaspora.
