Serbian government representatives to attend meeting of Montenegrin negotiating team with European Commission

The European Integration Office announced today that a Serbian government delegation will participate as an observer in a meeting of the Montenegrin negotiating team with the European Commission, within the preparatory phase of the negotiations with this country.
The Serbian government delegation will include Director of the European Integration Office Milica Delevic, State Secretary at the Justice Ministry Slobodan Homen and State Secretary of the Interior Dragan Markovic.
The European Commission will on 26-30 March begin the process of detailed, analytical review (the so-called preliminary screening) of the European legislation in the chapters that include provisions on the judiciary and fundamental rights and on justice, freedom and security.
