Government approves RSD 1.3bn for boosting energy efficiency

The Serbian government adopted the Programme of funding projects for improving energy efficiency in 2012, which provides RSD 1.3 billion for reconstruction and adaptation of public and residential buildings.
The government adopted the Decree on conditions and manner under which local governments can alienate or lease the land at the prices lower than market prices or rents, or free of charge.
Local self-governments will thus encourage investment, development of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurship and facilitate job creation.
