Government adopts several bills

The Serbian government adopted at its session today a Bill on amendments to the Law determining fines for corporate offences and forwarded it to the Serbian parliament.
The government also adopted a Bill on seed and a Bill on termination of validity of the Law on electric power industry.
The government passed a Decision on establishing a public company for production, distribution and trade of electrical energy and a public company for transfer of electrical energy and the management of the transfer system.
A Decree amending the Decree on special conditions for trade with Kosovo-Metohija was adopted, which regulates the procedure for determining the domestic origin of goods from Kosovo-Metohija.
The government passed a Decree on the use of incentives for promotion of villages in 2005, a Decree on determining incentives for improvement of agricultural mechanisation in 2005, and a Decree amending the Decree on establishing incentives for development of agricultural production in 2005.
An Information on further activities and priorities in 2005 in the procedure of Serbia's accession to the World Trade Organisation was also adopted.
The government also passed a Conclusion proposing the Serbian parliament to grant concessions for the construction, use and maintenance of the E-80 highway from Nis to Dimitrovgrad.
