The statement adds that at this meeting, Homen pointed to all activities which Serbia undertook to process war crimes and face the past, both through cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague and through the work of Serbian judicial organs.
He underscored the importance of regional cooperation in processing war crimes, as well as the efforts Serbia makes to improve this cooperation.
Apart from active participation in the work of the parliament, the Serbian delegation organised a fringe event themed “Use of National Experiences in Building Complementary Capacity – Examples from Serbia”.
The Serbian delegation includes Serbian Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac, judge of the Court of Appeal Miodrag Majic and head of the Office for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal Dusan Ignjatovic, the statement adds.
