Mihal stressed that Slovakia will continue endorsing Serbia on its EU path, underlying that Serbia can expect every kind of help from Slovakia.
Ljajic thanked Slovakia for its principled stance not to recognise the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo, adding that Serbia advocates a solution for the province that would be a result of talks in line with the international law.
The meeting underscored that talks on an agreement on social insurance between Serbia and Slovakia will be resumed in October in Belgrade. The text of the agreement should be synchronised by the end of the year, when the agreement will be signed in Bratislava.
The ministers agreed that the agreement will be very important for citizens and economic cooperation between the two countries. It will also help to improve investment climate in both countries, adds a statement by the Ministry of Labour.
