The Serbian government today adopted a Bill on railroads, whose implementation will enable better efficiency of the Serbian railroad system and facilitate its integration in the transportation services market.
The implementation of this law will reorganise the Serbian railroads in line with a new concept that will enable competition and improved services.
At today’s session the government also adopted a Bill ratifying a Convention of the Southeast European Law Enforcement Centre.
The session adopted a Conclusion affirming that the project to construct residential and office blocks in Novi Beograd, Dr Ivana Ribara, meets the requirements in line with the law on encouraging the construction industry in Serbia in a time of crisis.
The government decided that the Directorate for Managing Confiscated Property should pay the sum of RSD 5 million to the account of B92 Fund for the purpose of procuring four incubators that will be delivered to the Belgrade Neonatology Institute, Narodni Front Gynaecology Clinic, Kragujevac Clinical Centre and Nis Clinical Centre.
A Conclusion was also made to recognise the National Transitional Council as a legitimate representative of the Libyan people.
