The Serbian government approved at its session today a Bill on amendments to the Law on securities market and other financial instruments, and a Bill on regulating relations between the Republic of Serbia and banks in bankruptcy concerning foreign loans.

The government brought a Decree on establishing measures for encouraging agricultural production in 2005, and a Decree on special conditions for trade with the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija.
A Decree on amendments to the Decree on conditions and methods of calculation of public revenues, contents and ways of keeping record of trade with Kosovo-Metohija and a Decree on amendments to the Decree on implementing the Value Added Tax in the territory of Kosovo-Metohija during the validity of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 were also adopted.

A Programme of allocation and use of funds of the Coordinating Centre for Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja and the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija was established.
The government adopted a Conclusion on the reorganisation of the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija and gave its consent on the Rule Book on Jobs Classification in the Centre.
A Programme of allocation and use of funds for support to the economy through loans of the Development Fund in 2005 was established.
The government adopted an Information on the implementation of the Agreement between representatives of the government, leadership and all trade unions of the Zastava Group on the payment of contributions to former employees, totalling 884,055 dinars.
The Information of discharging companies from the Minel Holding system from the joint and several liability to the Republic of Serbia on the basis of the Paris Club of Creditors was also adopted.
