The government passed a decision on the use of funds for the realisation of the National Investment Plan for 2011. There are 202 projects in which the government will invest RSD 29.689 billion.
The government decided to set aside RSD 5,200,000 for employment in the municipalities of Kosovo Polje, Vucitrn and Lipljan in Kosovo-Metohija, thanks to which jobs will be secured for 120 people in 2011.
At today’s session, the government passed a Decree on subsidising interest rates for consumer loans and loans for legal entities, that is, for financial leasing, procurement of durable consumer goods and services. The Decree is one of the anti-crisis measures and envisages subsidies for interest rates for the purchase of, among other items, furniture made in Republika Srpska.
It also adopted a conclusion on determining labour cost for public sector employees, which is in line with the Law on the budget system. This is the second of the three planned salary and pension adjustments in 2011. An increase of 5.5% is synchronised with inflation growth during the last three months.
The government decided on the number of special advisors in ministries and made a decision to set up a general hospital in Valjevo, which has so far operated as part of the Valjevo health centre.
