The Serbian government adopted at today's session a Decree on mandatory production and sale of bread made from T-500 flour, which requires bread producers to produce and sell bread made from this type of flour to the amount of at least 40% of their total daily output.
The highest margin cannot exceed 2% and retail prices must not be higher than 7%.
The government also passed a Bill ratifying an agreement between the Serbian and Indonesian governments on double income tax avoidance.
It also adopted a National Strategy to prevent violence against women in families and partner relations. The strategy is an initial document aimed at building a better system for preventing and suppressing this kind of violence. It includes activities, preventive actions, better normative and coordination of all sectors involved in this field.
The government adopted a Bill amending the Law on tobacco and a Conclusion on the beginning of the implementation of protocols signed between Serbia and the European Union on readmission of persons illegally staying in the EU.
At today’s session, the government appointed Serbian Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mirko Cvetkovic as Serbian Governor in the World Bank Group, while Deputy Prime Minister Verica Kalanovic was appointed Serbian Governor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
