Government adopts several bills

The Serbian government adopted today the Bill ratifying a financial agreement on Corridor 10 motorway (E80) – stage 1 between Serbia and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
At today’s session it also passed the Bill ratifying an agreement on guarantees between Serbia and the EIB and the Bill ratifying an agreement between Serbia and the International Criminal Court on the execution of sentences declared by this court.
The government adopted the Strategy for the Development of Free Zones in Serbia for the period 2011–2016, and the Strategy on HIV Infection and AIDS.
It also passed the Decree on conducting evacuation and the Decree on conducing religious service in the Serbian Army.
The government has set up today the Council for population policy, which will be tasked with proposing measures for improvement of the population policy.
The government passed the Decision on introducing the executive out-of-court mortgage of the first degree on real estate under construction, on the basis of the contract on joint construction on the site of the military barracks “Vojvoda Stepa Stepanovic” in Belgrade, entered between the Republic of Serbia and the Construction Directorate of Serbia.
The Serbian government appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Justice Slobodan Homen as official responsible for coordination of public relations.
