The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) at its today's session made a decision to deliver documents and answers to nine requests the Tribunal’s Prosecution and the defence of the accused.
The statement of the Council stated that the meeting discussed the current state of cooperation between Serbia and the tribunal in the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the Council, i.e., access to documents, government archives and witnesses.
The Council concluded that there is no requirement from the tribunal has not been answered in due time.
The National Council will continue to take the necessary measures to make cooperation go on smoothly and routinely, the statement said.
