The Serbian government today adopted a Bill on amendments to the Law on the amount of default interest rate.
The government decided to withdraw a Bill affirming an agreement between Serbia and Libya on abolishing visas for holders of diplomatic, official and special passports from parliamentary procedure.
At today’s session it adopted a Decree on the distribution and use of funds for subsidising protected reserves and areas of national interest in 2011 and a Decree on the structure, methodology, harmonisation of development documentation and manner of conducting public debates, as well as terms and manner of presenting development documents concerning regional development for public review.
The government passed a Decree specifying terms and conditions which agricultural and food producers must meet in order to be entitled to incentives in 2011.
A National Strategy for Resolving the Issue of Refugees and IDPs for the period 2011–2014 was also adopted.
The government decided to open a general hospital in Smederevo.
