The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on notary public, Bill on administrative inspection and the Bill on consensual financial restructuring of companies.
The Bill on confirmation of the agreement between the governments of Serbia and Kazakhstan on mutual investment encouragement and protection was also adopted.
The government passed the Decree on establishing programmes of distribution and use of funds for projects under the 2011 youth policy.
At today’s session the government passed the Decision on the emergency sale of sugar from commodity reserves to counteract the shortage of sugar in the market. Sugar will be sold at the retail price of RSD 98 per kilo.
The government formed the Commission for monitoring the visa free regime with the EU, tasked with contemplating the issues pertaining to the increased number of false asylum seekers who come to EU countries from Serbia.
At the session, the government also adopted the Decision on establishing the University for Defence in Belgrade.
