The National Council said in a statement that the session also contemplated the current cooperation between Serbia and the ICTY in areas which are under the Council’s jurisdiction, including access to documentation, state organs’ archives and witnesses.
It has been concluded that there are no ICTY demands that have not been met within the envisaged deadline.
The National Council underlined that this is yet another confirmation that the cooperation in these remits has been continuous, undisturbed and routine, the statement adds.
