The Serbian government adopted the replies to the European Commission Questionnaire, the goal of which is to help prepare an opinion on Serbia’s application for EU membership.
The replies were prepared by subgroups of the expert group of the Coordinating Body for EU Accession and the Serbian EU Integration Office.
Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic and Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Bozidar Djelic will deliver the replies to EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule on 31 January in Brussels
At today’s session, the government also adopted a Decree on the official delivery and display of medals and honours and on the registry of decorated persons, a Decree on defining hunting areas on the Serbian territory and a Decree on the fee to be collected by the Commission for authors’ and similar rights.
The government also passed the decision on establishing a council for international private law.
