Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac spoke today with a delegation from the Democratic Republic of Congo, led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Security Adolphe Lumanu Mulenda Bwenda N'sefu.

The Ministry of Defence said that the meeting highlighted the possibility of expanding the military-economic cooperation and cooperation in military medicine and military education.
Sutanovac and N'sefu pointed out that Serbia and Congo have traditionally good relations, with a high level of political agreement on continuation of work on improvement of the cooperation between the two countries.
Sutanovac thanked N'sefu on his country’s principled stance regarding Kosovo-Metohija and the accord was reached on the importance of respect for international law, it is added in the statement.
