Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic met with Republika Srpska Minister of Interior Darko Matijasevic today to discuss ways to improve ties between the two ministries.
The two officials agreed that Serbia and Republika Srpska must cooperate with The Hague tribunal, stressing that both countries are putting efforts into encouraging voluntary surrenders to The Hague.
Stojkovic and Matijasevic also noted that the two countries have established satisfactory cooperation with the tribunal in terms of providing necessary documents, allowing investigators to access archives and releasing witnesses from the obligation to keep state secrets.
