The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) decided to send the ICTY requested documentation and responses to 12 requests to the tribunal’s prosecution, as required by the court.
The Council said that the current state of cooperation between Serbia and the tribunal in the areas is at a very high level in terms of providing the documentation and granting access to the archives of state authorities and witnesses.
It was noted that cooperation with the tribunal has been continuously carried out at a very high level and without any problems, which is also confirmed by the latest six-month official report of the tribunal, which was presented at a session of the UN Security Council.
