Government adopts bill that transfers jurisdiction from military courts to civilian courts

The Serbian government adopted today the bill that transferred jurisdiction from military courts to civilian courts and sent it to the parliament for urgent adoption.

The government adopted a Decree amending the Decree on construction, reconstruction and maintenance of water supply facilities for 2004.
A Decision of energy development strategy by 2005 was also passed.
The government also accepted the Information relating to privatisation of Knjaz Milos in Arandjelovac, and forwarded it to the parliament.
The government also adopted a Decree on prices of services in the domestic railway transport.
The government decided to allocate disposable funds from the budgetary reserve in the following manner: 20 million dinars as humanitarian support to refugees in Kosovo-Metohija, 10 million dinars for financing the Coordinating Body for Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja and the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija, as well as 8.4 million for financing the reconstruction works in the juvenile delinquency centre in Krusevac.
The government adopted a Decree on implementation of the consolidation programme for Yumco shareholding company in Vranje.
The government adopted an Information on a German government donation for reconstruction of city water supply and sewerage water system.
The government released three Hague convicts from keeping state and official secrets.
