At its session today the government also set aside RSD 100 million from the budget for the clean-up of the consequences of the
earthquake which hit Kraljevo.
Also to this end, the government adopted a Conclusion in which it recommends state agencies and organisations and public enterprises founded by the Republic of Serbia to temporarily cede, within their capabilities, official vehicles and drivers to the Kraljevo Centre for Emergency Situations for the purpose of cleaning up the consequences of the earthquake that hit the area.
The government adopted a Bill affirming an agreement on guarantees (ring road around Belgrade/B) between Serbia and the European Investment Bank and a Bill affirming an agreement on guarantees to Serbia in favour of Export Development Canada for the mining and metallurgical complex RTB Bor in restructuring.
At today’s session, it decided to increase the minimum cost of labour from RSD 90 per hour to RSD 95, an increase of 5.5%.
The government passed a Decree on the Office for Regulatory Reform and Analysis of the Effects of Regulations, a Decree on the harmonisation of customs nomenclature for 2011 and a Decree on meteorological surveillance.
It also adopted a Decree on the systematic monitoring of soil quality, indicators of soil degradation risk assessment and methodology for drawing remedy programmes.
