Oral vaccination against rabies

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management announced today that the oral vaccination of foxes against rabies started today and will be conducted during November and December.
The statement says that the action of vaccination is being carried out in a joint project organised by the Ministry’s Veterinary Administration and the Delegation of the EU in Serbia.
1.4 million doses of vaccines are to be dispersed out of aircraft on the entire territory of Serbia outside populated settlements.
