The Ministry of the Interior stated that before, during and after today’s football derby between Red Star and Partizan there was no major disruption of public law and order.
The police acted pre-emptively and before the game found a container full of stones in the vicinity of the stadium.
So far 34 persons – 22 adults and 12 minors – have been taken into custody.
In consultation with the prosecutor, legal measures will be taken against them, the statement adds.
