At an emergency session late on Wednesday, the Serbian government considered the Information on the process of privatisation of company Knjaz Milos from Arandjelovac and decided to ask for an assessment of legality of the November 24 decision by the Security Commission.
In the Conclusion adopted at the session, the government requests that the Ministry of Interior and the prosecutor in charge take all necessary measures to establish whether a law was broken in the process of privatisation of Knjaz Milos.
The government’s Conclusion was sent to the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, and the Public Prosecutor.
