Citizens are to submit a request that can be downloaded at the Ministry’s webpage
www.mpravde.gov.rs, a photocopy of their ID card and a letter of authority if they are submitting the request on behalf of someone else.
The form is submitted free of charge to the Ministry of Justice, Nemanjina 22–26.
The request is purely informative and does not entail any legal consequences.
Access to these lists has so far been possible only at the Croatian embassy in Belgrade.
Through joint initiative an agreement was reached between Serbian Minister of Justice Snezana Malovic and Croatian Minister of Justice Ivan Simonovic to form a mixed commission that would take over the list of the names of those suspected, accused and convicted of war crimes.
At the commission’s first session on 13 July in Belgrade the two sides exchanged lists of these persons, the statement adds.
