Three arms smugglers arrested

The Serbian Ministry of Interior said today that the police have arrested two Swedish nationals and one member of the Republika Srpska Army on suspicion of smuggling firearms from Serbia-Montenegro to Sweden.
According to a statement by the ministry, the police arrested Mirko Peric and Nenad Jovic-Ferid from Goteborg, Sweden, and Nenad Savic from Zvornik, Bosnia-Herzegovina, at a car market near Belgrade on March 28, as Peric and Savic were handing over a large cache of weapons and ammunition to Jovic-Ferid.
