Government forwards public administration bill to the parliament

The Serbian government approved at today's session a Bill on public administration and forwarded it to the Serbian parliament for adoption.
The government also approved bills on fiscal cash registers, and on termination of validity of some federal laws that have not been applied in Serbia since the adoption of the Constitutional Charter.
The government also approved bills on amendments to the law on property taxes, the law on citizens' income tax, and the law on excise tax.
A Decree on termination of validity of the Decree on establishing the highest retail prices of domestically produced coal was approved, and the government gave its consent to the Decision concerning production prices of coal for industry and households.
A Decision on setting up a limited liability company for distribution of natural gas "Prirodni Gas" Pancevo was approved.
The Statute of the Serbian Agency for Medicines and Medical Supplies was approved at the session.
The government made some changes and amendments to the Decision on establishing a Council for disabled persons. Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Policy Vesna Piperski-Tucakov was appointed chairman of the council.
The government members agreed that it is necessary to make a registry of persons with recognised refugee status in Serbia.
The government decided to suspend the obligation of keeping state and official secrets by some witnesses in the cases before the Hague tribunal.
