At its session today the Serbian government approved a Report on an expert analysis of the technical part of the sole bid received at a public tender for purchasing management consulting services for the preparation and implementation of the procedure for the sale of part of the shares of Telekom Srbija owned by the Republic of Serbia.
According to the report, the expert analysis of the bid made by the Public Purchase Commission shows that the bidder has not signed the agreement model, which formally renders the bid faulty.
At the recommendation of the Commission, the government suspended the process of selection of advisor for offering expert assistance in the sale of a part of the shares of Telekom Srbija until the bidder corrects the technical part of his offer.
The government adopted a Bill on confirming the Memorandum of Understanding between the European Community and the Serbian government on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the Community’s programme “The ICT Policy Support Programme within the framework programme for competitiveness and innovation between 2007 and 2013.“
The government set up a budget fund for restitution with the aim of providing funds for paying out fees stipulated by restitution regulations.
A Decision on bestowing national sport recognitions for special contributions to development and affirmation of sport was adopted, as well as a Decision on the allocation of pecuniary awards for golden and bronze medals won at the World Championship in Athletics for disabled athletes and for a bronze medal won at the World Teakwondo Championship.
